Replace the Superboogas with Memori+

Include the only currently working and actively maintained memory plugin in the default distribution.

Right now, Superbooga and Superbooga2, neither of which have been actively maintained or even functional for quite some time, are both in the default installation. Ooba would greatly benefit from a working long-term-memory plugin. Memoir+ seems well suited for a variety of use cases and is actively maintained. Please consider replacing the Superboogas with Memor+ in the plugin menu.
