Clean UTF-8 Text Support for YAML Card Files Generated with text-generation-webui

Description
Letters with accentuation such as é, à, è, ê, ë, à, etc., will generate YAML files with escaped codes.
For instance, \xE9 represents é.

Additional Context
If possible, could you consider supporting accented characters directly in the YAML files, created in text-generation-webui ?

Additionally, other keys might exist for the character card (such as age, personality, appearance, etc.). It would be great if you could include them as optional fields.
