Translate bug in plugins when Regenerate or Continue chat comment

Describe the bug

I use the LibreTranslate plugin for translation, but it seems that the error is not with this plugin, because it also occurs with the Google Translate Plus plugins (The standard Google Translate plugin did not have this error).
If I click on Regenerate or Continue, the English text is fine, but the Hungarian text is provided by the model, not the translation engine. This can be recognized by the fact that the previous text is also rewritten, and in addition, the whole thing becomes incomprehensible. So it is not the translator that translates the English text, but the model. This is not good, the translated text will be garbage!
In the past, the full English answer went through the translator, but now the model seems to want to translate the text.
What has been changed in the code that works fine in the basic google translate extension but not in the others?

Reproduction

1. Write text not in English.
2. Press the Continue button after your answer.
   or
3. Write a Start reply with text in a language other than English,
4. Wait for a reply! (This will be wrong too)
5. Press the Regenerate button.
