Enable dynamic port assignment for all microservices

Background context: The opea microservices in the manifest and compose templates under studio-backend has a fixed port number. As of now, if there are multiple same microservices in same canvas, there will be clash of the port number (for example there are 2 retriever microsvc, both will use port 9000)

Help needed: Update the studio-backend so that it can dynamically increment the port if it finds there are multiple same microservices in the canvas. (for example retriever 1 will use 9000 and retriever 2 will use 9002)
