Description

@pangfufuf

Environment details:

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • GPU: 8 × NVIDIA A10
  • CPU: Intel Xeon
  • Studio version: main (latest version)
    Procedure:
  • Deploy LLM or ChartQnA applications using templates in Studio
  • The actual pod status displayed via the command-line kubectl get pod is Running, but the “Sandbox Status” in the Studio UI shows as error
  • Clicking the “Run” button in “Sandbox Control” is ineffective and cannot change the “Sandbox Status” state.
  • Vendor response: Delete the resources in the namespace and click “Sandbox Control” to redeploy
    Issue description:
    Even if the container is actually running, the Sandbox status cannot be automatically restored, possibly due to a timeout mechanism in the deployment process.
