[BUG-NOK] Orchestrator - Infrastructure - Host status discrepancy between overall status VS network interface

Bug Description

Under Home -> Infrastructure -> Hosts,

1. ensure there is a Host onboarded.
2. introduce an error scenario in the host's connectivity.
3. navigate to the host's details -> I/O devices -> Interfaces "View Details" -> expand the interface name to view its link status

it can be observed that overall host status is shown as error while the network interface link status is shown in GREEN.
this discrepancy needs to be addressed.

Without commuunication the agents cannot report the actual status of the physical network interface. In our design all status will remain to the last updated state when communication was last available. We do not make assumptions as to why the communication was disrupted, it could be any number of things that do not include the physical network interface being disrupted.
