[BUG-NOK] Orchestrator - Deployment Packages - "Import Deployment Package from file" has a noticeable delay to list the latest imported package.

Bug Description

Upon successful import of a "Deployment Package" using "Import from file" option, the latest list of packages are displayed after a delay. That page has a noticeable delay or it has to be refreshed for the latest imported packages to be displayed.

This delay is considerable and has to be informed to the end user through a popup.

Steps involved

1. Navigate to the Deployment Package section and perform the Import From File operation

2. Upload a test deployment package, ensure it is uploaded successfully.

3. It takes 2 to 5 seconds for the following page to have this latest package listed in that section. It is not spontaneous or continuous.
   In case of such a delay it has to be informed to the end user by means of a popup message, "Please wait for the page to be refreshed to list the imported package."

@ss5829 Thank you for reporting, I am observing the same behavior. After the import completes and redirects to the deployment packages page, it takes a couple of seconds (~4) for the new package to be listed.
