Gifford, in Joyce Annotated, identifies several places that have interesting entries in Thom's Directory, 1904. It would be nice to get images from the PDFs of Thom's, and link them to the text.
For example, Gifford, on p. 31, gives for the word "Drapery" in "The Sisters" this entry: "Thom's Official Directory [...]" lists four draper's shops in Great Britain Street. It would be interesting to list those four in our edition.

Find a place name discussed in Joyce Annotated, especially one that references an entry in Thom's.
Transcribe the text from Thom's and adapt or paraphrase the information given in Gifford.
Grab a screenshot of the appropriate area of the Thom's directory. Because, why not?
Encode all this into XML in whatever format makes sense for TEI. I'm guessing <note> will be in here somewhere. And of course we'll reference <bibl> entries for these two books via XML ids (which don't exist yet, but we can make those).
Also include geocoding, as in Portrait, i.e., with longitude and latitude for each place mentioned.
