I suggest we:

  • invite all the board members to the repository, and give them read/write access
  • invite potential contributors to submit a new word in by either submitting:
    1. something in the web form (easiest for beginners)
    2. a pull request (saves us time)
  • manually open pull requests for each web form submission, and open them for discussion. (There might be a way to automate this, but I haven't looked into it, yet.)
  • decide on a review period (1 month?) for soliciting advice about each submission, after which it's appoved or rejected
  • changes to the site happen automatically once the pull request is accepted

What does everyone think?
