What is the feature?

the packagelyft-dataset-sdk is using "Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)" license, which is a non-commercial one. Could we make it optional for the mmdet3d installation. BTW, "Apache License" is used by mmdetection3d itself, which can be used in commercial cases freely.
