Current behavior

We are working on this PR #226 which provides a way to ask questions to repositories. We need to some example questions to ask.

Suggested solution

So far we have the following

  1. How do I run this locally?
  2. List functions with side effects
  3. What's the tech stack for this project?

I'd also suggest we provide a response that encourages contributions. For example, if there are no instructions on how to run it locally, suggest the user provide them as a contribution.

I think this is almost applied in this PR: #226 the missing part is the encouraging to contribute.
