[cicd] Outline system attributes for various vendors and vendor extensions

Overview

Need to write a rough draft outline for various system specific attributes. The DB semantic conventions provides a model for *.system attributes. Outlining where these system attributes may go and what they may be will help guide the conversation and provide a starting point for extension.
