Is there any limit of sending messages via API?

Hello Shah Mohammad,

For a test, I have sent a greetings message to my 570 contacts using NodeRed (http post) with frequency of about 1 message per second.

I noticed that it stopped sending messages after 50th. Is this a standard limit during certain period of time?

I have not heard of anyone else experiencing this issue.

If it continues then please gather all context and submit an issue using the link in the terminal logs.

Btw, there is an official socket based wa automate node red plugin

It's much better than using http requests IMO.

One thing you can do is add variation to each message (maybe with a random hash substring at the end of the message)

System was crashing due to internet dysconnectivity.

• Started using pm2 with --no-autorestart
• Implemented queue mechanism with the help of database
• Contact checking for a valid whatsapp contact
• Controlling the instance using Nodered e.g. continuous monitoring health, stopping in case of internet dysconnectivity using ssh, starting again when internet is back online.

And message delivery was successful.

@ahmeaqas you can use an internal open-wa queue using the config without involving a database:
