Shouldn't it be parsed normally? What is wrong with that URL?
The code

from openwa import WhatsAPIDriver
driver = WhatsAPIDriver(client='chrome')

I'm executing from a Raspberry Pi 3b+ and I'm using Putty to access the Raspberry from Win7
