Is there any release plan for 5.1 or 5.0.1?

I see this project is still actively developing new features, but the last stable release is V5.0 at Apr 14, 2021.

We want to adopt owt-server as our MCU video conference, is there any more stable new version? We'd like to try the most recent(but stable) version of owt.
