Regarding queries from mentors for the SWOC 2.0 grading and maintaining of participant scores, etc

This is for all the mentors on how to manage the project based on the following activities:

1. Assigning Issues
2. Merging PRs
3. Closing Issues
4. SWOC Grading
5. Updating Scores in Excel Sheet

Step 1: If you have been given access to repositories, you might get started notifications for all the issues created. If you dont, please introduce yourslef as mentors in the SEOC PatternHouse Channel and ask the participants to tag you OR me in the issues they wish to be assigned to.

Step 3: Merging PRs. All the code is reviewed by me before being merged, so here's how the process works

Step 4: SWOC Labels
Since PatternHouse has intensive number of patterns to work on, the grading is as follows:

1. Beginner Tag 10 points for 10 patterns
2. Easy Tag 20 points for 20 patterns
3. Medium 30 points for 30 patterns
4. Hard 40 points for 40 patterns
   If a candidate has patterns say between 10 and 20, the lower value tag is assigned
   eg. Number of patterns = 11 still gets beginner tag and so does 19 patterns.
   Always choose the lower bound in case of such situations.
   

Finally, a PR before merge should look like this:

Once you assign me the code review, I will complete it and if possible, merge it too, In case I don't merge but the review from side shows complete, you can merge the same too.

Coming to updating the excel sheet, I will work with you so that the process speeds up and you dont have to work alone for so many PRs that have been merged so far.

Also, all PRs after 5th December are valid for considerations for SWOC Scoring.
Since SWOC was slow in responding, many PRs had been merged, so for that I will assign labels and then those can be added to the sheet too.

In the excel sheet provided by SWOC. So for that, mentors and project admins have to update the excel sheet on a regular basis.

Yes, the excel file is uploaded as a google sheet and everyone can see it
