Fix disable account to use savings account id

The current account disabling flow uses state.client.id while calling repository.blockAccount(state.client.id). However, blocking an account should require the actual account ID instead of the client ID.
Current Code:

Suggested Fix

Update the disable account implementation to use the appropriate account identifier instead of the client ID. Also verify related API/request models if needed.

Fixed in the SimpliPay fork (JonnyLewis/simplipay-mobile-wallet@603218e1); patch upstreams cleanly.

Confirmed the suggestion is right: SavingsAccountRepository.blockAccount(accountId) → blockUnblockAccount(accountId, "block") genuinely expects the savings account id, so state.client.id was wrong. handleDisableAccount now resolves the wallet's default savings account id from preferences — awaited as a flow (first { it != null } with a timeout) rather than a one-shot .value read, since those StateFlows start null — and fails the dialog gracefully when no account is loaded instead of calling the API with the client id.
