No Anchorr/Webhook notifications for movies

When I request a movie using the Anchorr bot in Discord, confirm it in seerr, and it starts downloading, I don’t receive a webhook notification in the relevant Discord channel.
With TV shows, however, I receive a notification in the selected Discord channel, including a direct message from the bot stating that the movie or TV show is available.

I've already reinstalled Anchorr, hoping that would fix the problem (unfortunately, it didn't)

Root cause: The Jellyfin webhook plugin is not sending Movie-type webhooks to Anchorr.

Looking at your Jellyfin log, every webhook that was actually dispatched today:

No Movie item type was ever sent. At the same time, movies were added to your library (visible from the Person/cast items being queued for notification), but the movie item itself was never sent to Anchorr. The Anchorr log confirms this — no 📥 Received Jellyfin webhook appears after your movie request at 18:12.

Fix: In the Jellyfin webhook plugin, each destination has its own set of item type checkboxes. Open your Anchorr webhook destination and make sure Movie is checked in the item types list alongside Series/Season/Episode.

Jellyfin Dashboard → Webhook Plugin → your Anchorr destination → check Movie → Save.

This is a configuration issue, not a bug in Anchorr.

Looking at your logs again more carefully: in your Jellyfin log, no Movie-type item was queued or sent on March 20th at all. The only items the webhook plugin actually processed were Season/Series entries and Person items (cast/crew metadata). This means no movie was actually added to your Jellyfin library within the log period.

The movie you requested at 18:12 was likely still downloading when these logs were captured — the download hadn't completed and Jellyfin hadn't scanned it in yet.

To properly diagnose this, we need logs from after a movie actually finishes downloading and gets added to Jellyfin. Specifically:

• Jellyfin log should show: Queued <movie name> for notification followed by Notifying for <movie name> and a SendAsync Body with "ItemType":"Movie"
• Anchorr log should show: 📥 Received Jellyfin webhook followed by Webhook received: ItemType=Movie

Could you wait until a movie download completes, then share fresh Anchorr + Jellyfin logs from that timeframe? That will tell us exactly where the chain breaks.

Thanks for the additional logs. These confirm the same pattern.

The ItemAddedNotifier runs every ~90 seconds throughout the entire 23:32–23:59 window, but always processes an empty queue — no Queued <title> for notification or Notifying for <title> entries appear at all. A library scan ran at 23:43 and completed at 23:45, but found no new items.

The movie simply had not been added to Jellyfin yet during this period. It was still downloading or hadn't landed in the Filme folder when these logs were captured.

To confirm everything is working, we'd need logs from the moment the movie finishes downloading and Jellyfin picks it up — you should see:

1. Queued <movie title> for notification
2. Notifying for <movie title>
3. SendAsync Body: {..., "ItemType":"Movie", ...}

Could you share logs from that exact timeframe? Or alternatively — try manually adding a test movie file to your Filme folder, wait for Jellyfin to scan it, and check whether the webhook fires then.
