Token limits

I have a problem. When I use GPT-3 or any other language model, then when the token limit is exceeded, the script ends, but is there a way to fix this? for example, resetting this counter so that the script does not end.

I had an eval approved (#613), and I also get the message when trying to use the Python API,
openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.

From what OpenAI says here,

given the high demand and limited resources, I hope that after the end of July we may start seeing some access.

Otherwise I suspect that the only reward you win if you get an eval approved is the right to pay monthly.
