Non-record submissions without 8 H100s

@0hq @valerio-oai If I were to run my experiments 2 A40s, would it still be eligible for a non-record track submission? For context, I have free access to 2 A40s which I am currently using and renting 8 h100s looks pretty expensive...

non-record track is more flexible. the FAQ technically says 8xH100 SXM but people (including myself) have submitted non-record PRs from single GPUs, M3 MacBooks, and 4090s. just be clear about your hardware in the PR body so people can context the numbers your 2xA40 results would be welcome as a non-record submission. check Issue #1017 for the full rules and look at PR #1155 (MacBook M3) or PR #1104 (single 4090) as examples of accepted non-record submissions on different hardware
