Describe the bug
In the config of the plugin: When an administrator clicks on the tab "Metadata" an error shows up (see screenshot)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the configuration of the plugin
  2. Click on tab 'Metadata'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Content of tab Metadata should get shown correctly.
