It would be neat to have some documentation/examples or an overview of how OCD IDs are being implemented and utilized in civil society now that we're entering the 2020s.

Has anyone done a "state of OCD" recently?

Any suggestions on where to start with a state of OCD IDs?

@todrobbins I think looking at the contributors to the code, issues and PRs in this repo would give a good indication of who are the direct users. (There might then be many downstream users.)
