The canonical documentation site linked in the README https://opencivicdata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/proposals/0002.html seems to be down as of recently. Curious whether there are plans to restore it?

Any updates on whether there are plans to restore the documentation URL? These docs are a really important resource.

The documentation link in the primary README (https://opencivicdata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/proposals/0002.html) is still broken (screenshot attached). Navigating to the domain (https://opencivicdata.readthedocs.io/) resolves to Read The Docs content but appears to be gibberish (screenshot attached). Is this project still active?

Following. This appears to be a disconnection of the readthedocs.io site "opencivicdata" from this repository. I won't link it here, but the "Edit on GitHub" link from the opencivicdata.readthedocs.io site points to a GitHub repository from a different user, with the repo named "opencivicdata". I can't say if it's hijacking with intent, but certainly is a documentation error from an end user's point of view.

DataMade has ported the OCD docs to https://opencivicdata.info
