Detailed Description

Would be good to check the forecast is a physical solar forecast. This is tricky to define but there are some quick wins we can do

Context

  • want to fail hard and be clear

Possible Implementation

  • Check from 30 mins to next 30 mins, the different is more than 40%?
  • Check forecast is not a zig-zag. Check diff doesnt change direction by 100 MW each time
