[FR] Allow to exclude folders from tika indexing

I want to upload lots of photos and documents I collected to my opencloud instance that uses tika indexing

However I'm worried that it will create a lot of unnecessary load trying to run them trough tesseract

I want to be able to put a file (may named like .opencloud_skip_tika ) in that folder so that opencloud will not run files in that folder or its subfolders through tika

Alternative: Introduce approval mode for indexing as a setting for a space: when lots of files are added within a short timeframe, admin must select which folders are allowed to be tika-processed - so the admin can control the load

If you would use the normal tika docker image, it doesn’t include tesseract and no OCR is executed at all.
