[EN] Collect the list of Armenian historic and cultural monuments

Goal
The goal is to extract the data about all monuments in Armenia, by region and locality.

Tasks
The entry point for this task is the corresponding Wikipedia page listing regions and localities where historic monuments exist. Each locality is given as a hyperlink which contains a table with detailed information about monuments on its territory. We suggest that you should collect all the available tables with the locality and region names and store them in a machine readable format, such as CSV. The data are in Armenian language, however, it should not prevent non-Armenian speakers from accomplishing this task.

Context
The data are official. All the monuments stored on that Wikipedia page and its derivatives are listed as given in the corresponding legislation defending these cultural and historic sites. The tables contain "number" column heading to the page with the law referring to a particular monument or locality.

Requirements
A public GitHub repository should be created to store and publish the code and the data under one of the free and open licenses, such as Creative Commons or MIT.

Wishes
It would be best if your code is reusable, that is can be launch again by anyone who might want to update the dataset at a later point. For the same reason, we encourage you to comment your code, supplement it with at least a very brief README description, and specify the requirements and dependencies necessary to use the code.
