Add table of contents for all markdown docs pages #143

Currently the docs page shows a table of contents (TOC) for pages generated from asciidoc (example).

For this issue, I want to have TOC for all pages under docs. Limit the TOC depth to one layer. Try to utalize gatsby-node.ts to make these changes.
