取消限制的话，修改前端代码即可：https://github.com/opendatalab/labelU-Kit/blob/main/apps/frontend/src/pages/tasks.%5Bid%5D.edit/partials/InputData/utils.ts#L45

适合本地开发，修改上面的代码，然后本地构建出前端文件，拷贝到 labelu statics 目录。
