It might be worth adding a new section that leaves Devstack but indicates it's no longer in use. Thoughts?

I know I need to delete: /home/runner/work/edx-documentation/edx-documentation/en_us/install_operations/source/installation/devstack.rst: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree but apparently can't do in the GitHub UI. I will do so before merge. |
Native and Devstack are no longer supported
Don't just drop the docs from the TOC, also remove the relevant docs from the source.
