Aspects 1.x to 2.x upgrade doc #307
Description
Before cutting the 2.0 release we will need to document the major version and breaking changes, as well as the upgrade steps required for a smooth transition. Specifically the dbt changes, PII dashboard changes, and compatible named releases should be called out along with any other issues we run into in testing.
