Docker dev build error

I'm trying to build the docker container from the main branch but getting the message:

ERROR: for web Container "28cd6e99159b" exited with code 255.

I've tried removing all containers and building from fresh, but with no luck. Any ideas @jeremypoulter

I'm getting this error, I've had the same error on two different machines:

Ah, I've been running up without running build. This's probably the issue
