I'm pretty sure i've seen my rockets collide with other players' nailgun projectiles at least two times now, so i guess thats a thing..

[US East] Greenie's Grove | Standard Deathmatch
Reproduction steps
1. Get someone to shoot in your direction with a nailgun
2. Shoot a rocket at them
3. Hope that it hits one of the nails
...

The rockets should probably go through the nails..
