[5.0.0M1][pollytts] Binding installation fails - commons-logging missing in Artifactory

Installing pollytts binding from online addons repo fails on 5.0.0M1 with:

 Error downloading mvn:commons-logging/commons-logging/1.3.4  

Looks like the abovementioned artifact is not present in JFrog Artifactory.

• Required from here: org.openhab.voice.pollytts/src/main/feature/feature.xml#L11
• Should be uploaded somewhere here ❔
  • Possibly caused by Upgrade Karaf from 4.4.6 to 4.4.7 openhab-addons#17515
  • Not sure about the above though, as I had previously assumed OSGify build is supposed to package these deps inside binding's addon. Is the pom.xml / build for pollytts correct ❓

Workaround: Use offline .kar file.

Looks indeed as being caused by the Karaf upgrade.
The previous version 1.2 of commons-logging was here, so I have uploaded version 1.3.4 now as well. This should hopefully fix the issue!
