Feature request: Connect to more than one OpenHAB server

I would like to be able to connect to more than one OpenHAB instance, for example at my appartment and at my local hackerspace. As far as I know, there is no way to have more than one URL set (both local and remote) - but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ideally, I would like to be able to select different settings just as you can select different twitter accounts in tweetbot: click on the account icon in the top-left corner, a dialog pops up that allows me to select which configured openhab instance I would like to connect to. This would also be the place where one could add additional openhab instances.

I use the app to connect both to my private controller and to my step parents controller. Now I have to switch "myopenhab.org" accounts and/or local IP in order to manage this. It would be much quicker and nicer to just touch a desired profile button or similar. One profile could be defined as the standard profile which still would allow the automatic switch between WAN/LAN connection.

I created #557 before seeing this, but will try to raise a discussion on this, here.

My ios app coding abilities are rusty, to say the least. But I really want this, so willing to get my hands dirty, sponsor some work, or whatever.

What seems like the first step is to sketch out what needs to be done for this enhancement. I'm not familiar with the code yet, so any constructive feedback is very welcome.

• In settings, add support for multiple servers.
  • Add ability to add, modify, and delete servers.
  • Each server has its own local and remote URLs, username, password, and "always set credential" setting.
  • Ideally there would also be a set of Application Settings (ignore ssl certs, client certs, idle timeouts, clearing cache, default sitemap), but I think of this as a "phase 2" after "basic" multi-server support is working.
• The ability to select "current server" is needed somewhere - say a dropdown. That could be under settings, or a top option under the hamburger menu (top right 3 lines)
• Once a server is selected...
  • The app connects/authenticates to that server and refreshs sitemaps
  • Sitemaps for that server are then displayed in the hamburger menu.
• Only sitemaps for the current server are displayed. As folks have interest, maybe an "advanced" feature is added to display all sitemaps. I suspect this would cause further issues (conflicting sitemap names, confusion on which server is being controlled, etc) but I can imagine people wanting the functionality

Questions:

• How would push notifications be handled? I haven't used these with ios/openhab yet, so I need to experiment. But question is if the app can handle push notifications for 2 servers, does the notification have enough information so that it is displayed in the proper context?
