[Feature Request] Support for NFC tags to change item states

It would be amazing if we could get support for NFC tag scanning like the android app has. It is possible to do this even without the openhab app open as per https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ios/user-interaction/near-field-communication/.

Not having support for this is my biggest gripe with the iOS app.

I didn't realize that the Shortcuts app had support for NFC tags. Interesting, this will be useful. Thanks!
