Schduler is throwing errors in the console.

If I click "New" in the left pane, no errors are throwng, but nothing happens as well. I cannot delete the default (Morning, day, evening, night) either.

Clicking inside the right panel I can attempt to et up a rule, but if I click save it'll throw errors in the console:
