Javascript coverage reports for my app or plugin shouldn't get dumped in the opal coverage directory #906

When I run tests for a plugin
Then I expect javascript coverage reports for that plugin to be in the htmlcov directory 
of that plugin, not in opal/htmlcov. 

Because they're nothing to do with opal, and because that's where they used to be.
I think this is because https://github.com/openhealthcare/opal/blob/v0.8.0/config/karma_defaults.js#L63 ?
