Agree and I will adjust this behaviour to keep user input when possible. I am myself, often frustrated with that model run tab cleanup.
There is a bit more on that model run tab than just cleanup, it is more complicated if admin properly adjusted default model run settings and template.
So, I will try to combine it with user input, but it may require multiple iterations to produce a good result, your feedback is very welcome in the process.
