Future Proofing: GTA Defenitive Edition

Now with Rockstar's newest DE patch and the removal of Grove Street Games' from the credits with the additions of what the Netflix versions did right. Many can argue that the Defenitive is alot less defective.

If open.mp really wants to expand, allow the newer generations play open.mp
A few years ago a proof of concept video was made. I'm sure the open source community can help out with it.
