Add filtering options to the COTD profile page, and a better TOTD track selection browser

The idea is simple, to add more filters to the COTD profile page, to include filters for divisions (by highest/lowest divs; most recently played, oldest, etc)

Same goes for the TOTD track selection page, to include a calendar-like UI which would allow you to select months/years in a few clicks, instead of the current spam click based system, which makes it very tedious to find maps from let's say 2021-2022

For later reference, the first part is essentially about adding sorting options to the player profile COTD table.

Question for @enderxdd: The table is currently sorted by date (and one option could be to sort by ascending date so the first cup shows up at the top) - what do you have in mind for "most recently played, oldest" that's not already covered by the existing sorting (or the same thing reversed)?

The TOTD topic is a purely UI-related enhancement to add a calendar widget instead of only two buttons to jump between months (it's of course possible to jump around arbitrarily by changing the URL, but that's obviously not a great UX for the average user) - worth checking if we can find a lightweight component to do the heavy lifting here.

COTD sorting has been implemented - let me know if you feel like there are more/different sorting options you'd like to see.

I'll keep this issue open for the TOTD calendar idea, would like to take a look at that at some point too.
