Image replacement not working on specific environment

Hi,

And thank you so much to the XDocReport Team for the great work!
I use the image replacement function and it works just fine on my integration server but does not on the production server.
The code is the same.
The Java version is the same.
The data are the same.
The docx template is the same.
Do you have any idea why the transformation would behave differently on the two servers?

Have you some stack trace errors?

Thank you for your quick answer.
Unfortunately, no error is present in the log file. When I run the app in DEBUG level, I just see that the image replacement is not working.
