From META, having a validation workflow with checking Native plugin installation should be part of the story #2883

Native plugins are plugins that come pre-bundled with OpenSearch. See https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/tree/main/plugins
During releases currently we manually validate whether native plugins are good to go. Example:

  1. [RELEASE] Release version 2.10.0 #3743 (comment)
  2. [RELEASE] Release version 2.9.0 #3616 (comment)

Validation workflow needs to be expanded to include this functionality.
