Add instance-based store option for performance benchmark workflow

We recently added instance based storage support in opensearch-cluster-cdk. This change supports mounting ec2 instance based SSD storage, for supported instances, which provides better IOPS and throughput compared for EBS storage.

This will be useful in cases where we want to have low disk read/write latencies and high iops for running benchmarks.

Add support for this new feature in performance benchmark workflows.
