[FEATURE] Learning to rank support

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Learning to rank (LTR) is a plug-in that is supported both in elasticsearch and opensearch. Since is a feature ML-related, it would be nice if this client added support for LTR.

What solution would you like?
Add LTR support to the clients, which should include creating, deleting, and getting featuresets and models. Also, it should enable running a LTR query making use of a specific model.

What alternatives have you considered?
Creating all the queries manually, which I think should be part of this client.

Do you have any additional context?
I didn't find an OS implementation of this client. The most similar things I found were:

• An elasticsearch LTR python client.
• Eland supports of LTR
