[FEATURE] filter thread level metrics based on patterns.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We have been encoutering certain performance issues related to PA collecting too many thread level metrics. Ideally we should only collect metrics that we care about in the OpenSearch process, instead of blindly collecting metrics for all the threads.

What solution would you like?
Have a solution to filter metrics based on pattern of metrics.
