[FEATURE] Ability to remove header and filter bar from report generation

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I have noticed no matter PDF or PNG, generated reports always have the first 10% of the report taken up by the header and filter bar.

What solution would you like?
I would like to be given the ability to configure no header or filter bar to exist on the report. When trying to generate a report for leadership, they do not care to see "OpenSearch Dashboards Reports" or know my DQL or filters. If they are interested in the date range, I would be able to add that to the header or footer.

What alternatives have you considered?
I currently have to generate a PNG and crop it to get the desired result.

Do you have any additional context?
If there is documentation on the ability to do this, I have been unable to find anything.
