Naming convention needs to be aligned from resources creation to follow up k8s resources creation validations

Right now, in maestro-cli examples we need to think about the naming conventions about manifestwork or manifest creations. Some invalid characters, exceeded name length will cause the resources creation failure. We need to figure out the naming rules and do validations in API side.
