Unable to attach or mount volume cert #520

Hi, guys! I can't run operator's pod in the kubernetes cluster.

kubectl get po -n openshift-ptp 
NAME                           READY   STATUS              RESTARTS   AGE
ptp-operator-86c899556-2v9jw   0/1     ContainerCreating   0          20h

The error which occurs

  Warning  FailedMount  24m (x111 over 19h)    kubelet  Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[cert], unattached volumes=[kube-api-access-8zbpn cert]: timed out waiting for the condition
  Warning  FailedMount  9m30s (x593 over 19h)  kubelet  MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "cert" : secret "webhook-server-cert" not found

Help me to debug this problem
