Web database does not record results #23

I installed the Docker image on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS and verified my domain on the openspeedtest.com portal, however, no results appear after running multiple tests from various connections. I have tried purging and re-installing with no luck.

used example.com/hosted.html ?

I have same issue. Index.html works well but hosted.html returns Network Error.
Do I need to install some database? What database should I use? I can't find anything in documentation.
