Create the Sent Monthly tab - HF

• When you click Sent Monthly, the Sent Monthly tab opens (see figure below)
• When on this tab, the yellow underline is under the Sent Monthly Tabs
• The first headings are [year]. They appear in reverse chronological order
• Each submitted report is a row.
• For each submitted report row, there is an icon followed by the text.
• First row of text: [month] [year] in large text
• Second row of text: Sent [date] by [username]
• Clicking a submitted report as a row in the Sent Monthly Tab takes you to the record of the submission (Add the Submitted monthly report page - HF #85 )

The active page is underlined in blue and not yellow
